As a project management and implementation specialist, the consultant was responsible for ongoing coordination with auditors and representatives of the banks.

The consultant executed the GAP analysis contractually, technically, and functionally. They prepared a project plan for the migration project, a business case and decision document, as well as contracts ready to be signed with the new provider.

They automated deliveries, results, updates, and test automation in an agile project environment. The implementation involved introducing zeb.control, releases, stabilizing IFRS operations, replacing manual workarounds, introducing collective provisions, modifying IFRS, and ensuring IFRS compliance.

As a project manager, evaluating and implementing a new process and IT landscape. Providing operational support for setting up a cross-company service company.
