Confero Group AG was engaged to increase the efficiency of Evangelische Bank eG's private customer business by establishing an internal service direct bank.

Role of the consultant

We provided project management and technical support for all sub-projects in concept development and implementation.

Implementation

We planned, monitored, and steered the entire project, including preparation and execution of steering committee meetings, and preparation of decision papers. Throughout the project, Confero Group AG ensured that all deliverables were completed within the specified time frame and budget, and that all stakeholders were regularly updated on the project's progress. The result was a successful implementation of the internal service direct bank, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Evangelische Bank eG's private customer business.

The consultant played a crucial role in project management and ensured the successful execution of the project.

Implementation

The consultant was responsible for the development and implementation of the service company for insurance services. The project involved the conception of the service company and the complete implementation of the foundation until the market entry. The consultant was also involved in multiple follow-up projects, such as bank distribution and identification of new cooperation and service partners, due to the very dynamic growth of the company. Additionally, the consultant provided ongoing support and continued to drive the business case in the context of the company's development until today.
